Four Levels of Experience
The Real Estate Connectors has a program that appeals to every level of investor. These programs are innovative, exciting, and ride the wave of the changing face of real estate.
STUDENT 101
Student 101 is a comprehensive educational program that exposes the intricacies of investing in real estate. This six week plan covers an array of issues and strategies that include: contracts, methods of discovery, analyzing opportunities, building your team, securing capital, exit strategies, taxes, cash flow analysis, company formation, and protecting your wealth. Student 101 members have access to lucrative investment deals and will be shown how to generate multiple streams of income.
PROFESSIONAL Level
The professional level is designed for professional, executive and corporate investors who may not have a lot of free time to manage their investments in a hands-on manner. This is an advisor program that helps them achieve their investment goals through diversification in real estate. We help you choose investment opportunities either on the acquisition side of a transaction by making higher percentages on money or the buy and hold side of a project for cash flow and tax advantages. Many times these members may choose both sides.

CEO Level
The CEO level is designed to join with us on the acquisition side of an investment opportunity. This is for investors who want to get in and out of investments with a high return on their money within approximately one year. CEO level candidates can participate in our Private Lending Program offering superior returns supported by Real Estate assets.
The CEO level member has the opportunity of participating in private, limited parnerships structured around portfolios comprised of commercial properties with a mid-term growth objective over a minimum of five (5) or more years. These programs usually have superior returns based on their risk profiles and objectives. We have several past Performas to peruse and analyze how these investments have paid our investors in the past. These are strictly silent investor opportunities.
BUILDER/DEVELOPER Level
This level is a partnership with TREC to handle all the marketing and advertising for a particular project. TREC controls many forms of media (radio, television, and internet) to develop a positive buzz within the investor community. At the Builder/Developer Level, we connect our nationwide database of investors to the opportunities and projects that we market and advertise. Thus, there is more value in working with TREC than just advertising and marketing. We specialize in getting results!
